How this plan works

Book as you go Flexi Passes are credit bundles — there is no set day or time. Schedule each session whenever it suits you.
Choose your own topics Pick and choose lesson titles from the Lesson Library, or use Customer Support guidance to plan your path.
No fixed track means no test or certificate Because there is no predetermined plan, a Flexi Pass does not include the End-of-Course Test or Certificate of Completion.

Rubrics contracts a teacher for each scheduled class, so the following conditions are strictly enforced.

Option A — 75% Refund

Paid tuition is refunded within 29 days of the withdrawal date.

Option B — 100% Transfer Credit

Subject to the transfer conditions.

Course already started · withdrawal

Transfer Credit only
  • The new student must be at the same English level as you.
  • They must follow the exact same course, class days, and hours.
  • Only the remaining, unattended classes can be transferred.

Refer a Friend. Receive a voucher or cashback when you refer one student to Rubrics. The reward is redeemable after the referred student's third session.
